A Dedicated Essential Services Team
Every body corporate has a legal responsibility to ensure that fire and related building services are maintained, inspected and checked in accordance with essential services legislation. MICM is unique in having an in-house essential services department that offers this service at a lower cost than outside consultants.
We establish a comprehensive risk management system for all bodies corporate under our management, ensuring all contractors’ certificates and insurances, work safety analysiss, and job safety assessments are in place.
