If you HAVE NOT applied for a property with MICM before, please complete section 2 and you will be given a Priority Number. Use your Priority Number to apply for another property without having to complete the entire application form again. Priority Number’s are valid for a period of 1 month upon receipt.

Please inspect the property, and supply the necessary forms of identification to our office, before processing of your application can be completed.

A signed copy of the Parental Guarantee is required to provide acknowledgment to the charges associated with a cleaning contractor who will clean the property twice a month.

Overseas students will need to provide the following additional documents for us to process your application:

  • Copy of your Passport
  • Current Visa
  • Confirmation of enrolment at College/University (i.e. Letter of Offer)

Before the application will be considered, the applicant must achieve a minimum of 100 Check Points, and need to supply the following information to us by scanning the relevant documents and emailing them, along with the application form, to leasing@micm.com.au, or by faxing all documents to us by the next business day on (+61) 3 9001 2877.

NOTE: AT LEAST ONE PHOTO ID MUST BE SUPPLIED.

  • 50 Points = Last 4 Rent Receipts
  • 30 Points = Reference from qualified Accountant
  • 30 Points = Passport
  • 20 Points = Photo I.D (i.e. student ID, age ID etc.)
  • 20 Points = Reference from an Agent
  • 20 Points = Letter of Confirmation of Enrollment from School
  • 20 Points = Drivers Licence
  • 20 Points = Copy of Birth Certificate
  • 20 Points = Copy of Current Phone, Electricity, Gas Bill or Bank Statement
  • 20 Points = Current Council or Water Rates
  • 20 Points = Medicare Card
  • 10 Points = Reference from a Previous Landlord
Rental Payment

Applicants please note: ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS TO MICM are by DIRECT DEBIT ONLY.

Bond & first Rental Payment must be paid in advance in the form of a BANK CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER made payable to MICM.
